Extraordinary Marketing in Extraordinary Times

real estate photography

Extraordinary Marketing is required in Extraordinary Times when selling your home.

It is always important to me to ensure my clients homes are presented in the best possible light. If the general publics first impression of your home is online then the photos, and video need to be top notch. No iPhone 6 photos here! I am sure you have all seen photos on MLS that upside down or even worse. Do not let that happen during the marketing of your home.

Ensure the following 5 items are included from your real estate sales representative … at minimum.

1. Use of a professional photographer
2. Use copy with ALL the essential details
3. Have a floor plan
4. Use a 360 degree virtual tour
5. Always have Video Footage

Getting ready to have photographs taken can be intimidating. I provide all my clients with a pre-photography checklist. Reach out to me anytime and I can send it to you.

Once the photos are complete that is not the end of the photography process.

Many edits are available to consider that can easily be done to enhance photos. The better the photos the more eyes will be on your listing. The more eyes, the more likely to find a buyer. Its a numbers game that starts with beautiful photography.

Some edits I use in listing photography include:

  • Simple enhancements
  • Digitally removing clutter
  • Twilight photo conversions
  • Virtual Staging
  • Virtual renovations
