Like a little Outdoor Ranger I have to always be prepared for anything in Real Estate
Typically I never leave home without the REALTOR basics – business cards, lock box, sold signs, open house signs, brochures, MLS listings, and a fully charged phone.
However, given the fast paced environment that is GTA Real Estate, carrying around several types of tools is necessary. My vehicle is my mobile office and is loaded with office supplies.
- Firstly, all the PPE gear for myself and my clients. Masks. Sanitizer. Lysol Wipes. Gloves.
- Flashlight
- Measuring Tape.

- Sledge Hammer
- Zip Ties
- Tissues. Toilet Paper. Paper Towel.
- Cleaning Products & Air Freshener
- Light Bulbs
- Dog Treats
Seriously, dog treats have saved me more than once.
